KOCHI: Transcendence of fashion took centre stage on Friday as ‘Kyron Kochi International Fashion Week’ (KIFW) kick started the 6th annual edition of the three night series of runway event showcasing breathtaking couture and riot of colours at Casino Hotel, Willingdon Island, Kochi. The show was organised by Storm Fashion Company.Renowned designer Dr Sanjana Jon featured “CELESTIAL” a special collection inspired by the lush green pastures and coconut groves with the celestial skies and rivers in Kerala.  The effort is to support and highlight the cause ‘Celebrate the Girl Child’. The show was dedicated to women empowerment ‘Nari Shakti’ and Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Andholan. Sanjana has designed for many international celebrities including Ivanka Trump and Melania Trump.
